Buyer must retain all cartons, packing materials, and damaged products for the carrier?s damage inspector to inspect. Do not refuse shipment or return it without approval, because the buyer?s right to make a damage claim may be denied. A signed receipt without any notation indemnified the carrier as well as Anderson Composites from any further damage claims. I bought these pillows, and honestly, I really liked them. They have a medium firmness that helps significantly with neck pain, yet they remain soft and fluffy without going flat during the night. They hold their shape well and have good loft, so you don't have to keep adjusting them constantly. They don't have any unpleasant odor right out of the package, nor do they slide around much inside the pillowcase something I really appreciate. Overall, they feel comfortable and are of good quality for sleeping in any position.
