Wet bag measure approximately 7" x 13" when closed.
One 18" x 17" piece of mesh will make one (1) Flip Flops and Wet Tops Bag.

- 1/2 yard Double-sided Quilted Cotton Fabric (Fabric A)
- 1/2 yard Double-sided Quilted Cotton Fabric (Fabric B)
- 1 1/2 yards of Bias Binding - or a 14" square piece of coordinating cotton fabric
- Additional 6" square piece of fabric needed for zipper tabs
- 1/2 yard of Utility Mesh
- 1/2 yard of Heat and Bond Vinyl
- 7" of 1" Webbing
- 12" or longer Zipper
- 2 yard of 7/8" Grosgrain Ribbon
- 1" of 3/4" Velcro
- Glue Stick
- Pilot Frixion Marker
- Edge Stitch Foot

It is no secret that I have a flip-flop obsession!
Summer has always been my favorite season. Lazy days by the pool, trips to the beach, I love spending time in the sunshine in my sandals! Sew inspired Flip Flops and Wet Tops.
I wanted to create a bag that could be taken easy from the pool, to the beach without taking up too much room in my tote bag. I decided to make the inside practically waterproof for easy cleanup and maintenance.
Friends have loved making this pattern, and as have I. I hope Flips Flops and Wet Tops brightens your summer day!
