The ST Rotation is the latest and greatest update to Dynafit's Radical series of low tech bindings. Like its predecessor the Radical ST 2.0, the Rotation incorporates elastic travel into its heel tower allowing it to move back and forth as the ski flexes like an alpine binding. The result is greatly improved power transfer from the boot through to the ski when compared with conventional low tech bindings.
As the name suggests the ST Rotation toe piece rotates to provide a more consistent lateral release if and when you need it. The Rotation meets the demanding German TUV certification, meaning you can ski at your limit with absolute confidence that the bindings will release should things fail to go quite as you planned.
The Rotations are packed full of features that, in addition to improving safety and performance, really contribute to a hassle free user experience. Features like the elegant magnetic heel risers and toe piece step in guides remain largely unchanged from previous models because they simply work so well there is really no way to improve them.
