Guild STARFIRE VI Semi Hollow-Body Electric Guitar (Cherry Red)The comfortable thinline shape and '60s pop rock soul of the Starfire semi hollow series takes on new shapes in the Guild Starfire IV 12 string. This 12 string jangles, chimes, and growls with the best of them, and its prominent chorus and octave effects are just waiting to take your bread and butter riffs and leads to new heights. The comfortable thinline shape and '60s pop-rock soul of the Starfire semi-hollow series takes on new shapes in the Guild Starfire IV 12-string. This 12-string jangles, chimes, and growls with the best of them, and its prominent chorus and octave effects are just waiting to take your bread-and-butter riffs and leads to new heights. A pair of modern LB-1 Little Buckers arms this Starfire with rock, country, folk, and blues potential, and a Vintage Soft "U" mahogany-maple-mahogany neck and articulate ebony fretboard promise hand-filling comfort and extra intelligibility as the night rolls on. Features we're glad to see in the Starfire IV 12-string are its pinned Tune-o-matic bridge and stopbar tailpiece, to better keep those octaves in tune and intonated up and down the neck.

Based on a classic Guild hollowbody

Based on the Starfire from the '60s, this Guild Starfire IV 12-string packs all the mojo that made the original such a popular guitar during the rock revolution. Dual humbuckers and the thinline design make this guitar as ready for rock as it is for country or blues.

3-piece neck is strong and stable

Multi-piece necks are stronger and more rigid than single-piece necks, resisting twisting and warping over the years. Treat it well, and you'll get a lifetime of exceptional playability from the Guild Starfire IV 12-string. An ebony fingerboard completes the package.

Wide-ranging tone from a pair of Little Bucker pickups

The Guild Starfire IV 12-string is outfitted with a pair of smaller, hum-canceling LB-1 Little Bucker pickups. Originally designed in the 1960s, the Little Bucker's output sits somewhere between a single-coil and a vintage-style PAF humbucker, offering more jangle than a PAF but a little more warmth than a traditional single-coil. Factor in the 3-way pickup selector, and you'll soon discover just how good the Starfire IV 12-string can sound in just about any genre.

Nice shelf option
These industrial pipe shelf brackets are a great choice if you’re going for that rustic, farmhouse look. The black iron finish looks clean and modern while still giving off that classic industrial vibe. Once installed, they feel sturdy and well-built. Perfect for holding books, décor, or heavier items when paired with solid wood planks. I like the open design because it really lets whatever you’re displaying stand out. They’re also pretty versatile and work well in different spaces like living rooms, kitchens, or home offices. Just keep in mind that this is the bracket system only, so you’ll need to supply your own wood and possibly some mounting hardware depending on your setup. Overall, they’re a stylish and functional DIY option that adds a lot of character to a space.

Excellent industrial shelving hardware for the price
I bought these as a housewarming-style gift for my brother-in-law, who recently finished building an extension onto his home and finally has the space for a proper office. His family’s aesthetic leans heavily toward that cottage-meets-industrial look, and these brackets fit the brief perfectly. First impressions were excellent. The iron construction feels genuinely heavy-duty, and the machining and threading are better than I expected at this price point. The finish is a clean matte black that looks sharp without feeling overly glossy or cheap. Installation is straightforward if you’re comfortable with basic wall mounting. Because these are iron pipe components, you may find yourself making tiny adjustments with micro shims to get everything perfectly level depending on your wall and stud placement. That’s not a flaw so much as the nature of pipe-style systems. Once dialed in, though, they feel very solid. The scale is also worth mentioning. These are not subtle brackets—they’re a bit of a statement piece. That’s great if you want the shelving to become part of the room’s visual identity, but it’s something to be aware of when planning the space. One thing I actually appreciate is that they don’t include the wood shelves. Bundled wood usually drives up the cost and often isn’t the species or finish you’d want anyway. This way you can choose your own boards and tailor the look to the room—which is exactly what my brother-in-law ended up doing. Overall, a very well-executed industrial shelving system: sturdy, attractive, and surprisingly refined for the price.

Great look and storage space
I've had these shelves for two years now, and still love them. I love the industrial style. They add lots of great storage space for a small apartment. I have two sets - one for the laundry room and the other as a linen closet. Assembly is okay. Make sure you follow the instructions.
