Dendrobium secundum is an interesting species. Also known as the "Toothbrush Orchid", this unique seedling hybrid is a cross of variety alba and red. Each plant will produce an abundance of tiny blossoms when in blooming season. Lined up on the top side of the stem, the vertical flowers will be reminiscent of bristles on a toothbrush!

  • Plant Size:  Between 18-20" Height, blooming size

Reference photo of two flowers as those are the parents in this cross.  Should produce first blooms at next blooming season:  Spring  Orchid flowers of seedling varieties may vary, please see examples of parentage for an idea as to what genetic combinations may result from the cross. No two flowers will look exactly alike.  Some plant may produce white flowers, while others are red or a combination of both.

But I wanted to try it to see of i need more than just what was in the Avene sensitive skin trial size box they have. My skin is really red and irritated so the $40 for the bottle is was willing to try because it's painful on my face.

No harsh fragrances. I would use it when I had eczema flares on my face and feel like it didn’t work near as well in helping with skin irritation as the cream does. As of now I don’t use it as part of my regular skin care. Do I think it’s a bad product? No, but it didn’t really work wonders for me. Not sure I would purchase again.
