How to Use
- Wear the brace over a clean, dry athletic sock
- Pull the brace over your foot and lace starting from the bottom two eyelets, continue through all eyelets, tightening firmly in the middle region for best heel-lock effect
- Insert optional side stabilizers (if needed) into the pockets on the medial/lateral side before lacing if extra support is desired
- Adjust for a snug fit if the gap between panels is too large (wider than ~1.5 "), the brace may be too small; if too small (<0.5"), it may be too large
- Monitor comfort and fit; replace annually or earlier if material wears out or support diminishes
