Description

Focusrite RED16 LINE 64x64 All-In-One Audio Interface - 32x32 Dante I/ORed 16Line is a 64 in 64 out Pro Tools HD and dual Thunderbolt 3 audio interface with ultra low latency A D D A conversion, Red Evolution mic preamps, up to 121dB dynamic range, ultra low round trip latency, and expansion over Ethernet for networked audio. Since Red 16Line provides both DigiLink connectors and Thunderbolt connections, it's now easier than ever to switch from Pro Tools HD to a second DAW, without the need to reconfigure option cards in

Red 16Line is a 64-in/64-out Pro Tools | HD and dual Thunderbolt 3 audio interface with ultra-low latency A-D/D-A conversion, Red Evolution mic preamps, up to 121dB dynamic range, ultra-low round trip latency, and expansion over Ethernet for networked audio. Since Red 16Line provides both DigiLink connectors and Thunderbolt connections, it's now easier than ever to switch from Pro Tools | HD to a second DAW, without the need to reconfigure option cards in the interface. Simply change the host mode either in the remote control software, or on the device front panel and change DAWs in seconds.

High-performance audio converters with over 118dB dynamic range A/D and 121dB dynamic range D/A (A-weighted) have been expertly selected and calibrated to provide the best balance of sound quality, dynamic range and conversion latency in Focusrite's best-quality audio interface. Red's ultra-low round trip latency completely transforms your workflow. If you're used to having to build two different mixes — one using input monitoring to overdub, the other using the DAW for playback — the good news is that now, one is enough. Build your mix on the DAW and use it whether you're overdubbing, or playing back, with all your plug-ins in place, all the time.

Red 16Line features 16 line inputs on D-sub, coupled with 16 line outputs and two main monitor outputs. The two digitally-controlled Red Evolution mic preamps provide up to 63dB of ultra-clean gain along with stereo linking, individual phantom power, high-pass filter, phase reverse and Air mode: the name Focusrite give to the sonic signature of the classic transformer ISA preamp. With a dual-port Dante card, you will be able to expand your studio over Ethernet for more channels at higher sample rates, anywhere in your network, at lower latency and lower cost.

8yo son and mom love this book
Format: Paperback
I’m a mom of two boys and one girl. I would first like to address the people complaining about the title saying “for boys.” The author has addressed this too and it’s part of the reason why I purchased this book. Boys are falling behind in school and reading. Not sure why some people are allowed to review these books when they haven’t read them or purchased them. Do your research if you have a boy in your life. I would also like to point out that bookstores frequently have shelves dedicated to girls about strong women, strong girls, etc and yes boys can read books in those sections just like girls can read these Great Battles for Boys books. My 8yo son loves history and is devouring this book. I highly recommend. This book is really exciting and I (mom) am enjoying it too. We use it for read aloud time and independent reading. As soon as I finish this review I will be ordering more in the series, per my sons request.

Good buy
Format: Paperback
My previous reluctant reader is now a big reader. This series has helped. Both my boys 9 & 12 have enjoyed this series. Another series in addition to this, if looking to expand once you have all the titles, is Nathan's Hales Hazerdous Tales.

Concise, well researched and objective; a great homeschool resource
This is a great read; sufficiently detailed to be worth the time spent, but not so bogged down in minutia that you find yourself wondering how long the chapter is going to go on and glancing ahead to see if it ends with a quiz. Particularly notable is the prose: flowing, easy to read, a comfortable narrative. You get a sense of the author relaxed in an easy chair, his audience gathered about, attentive ears regaled with true tales of valor, intrigue, and conquest. But you will find no glorification of war between these covers; rather a well-balanced rendering of man at his best within his worst. “Great Battles” is well researched, factual, and untainted with retroactive speculation and subjective parochialism that pervade some of today’s ‘historical’ accounts. In short, a valuable addition to any homeschool or military historian’s library; highly recommended.

FINALLY!
Format: Paperback
I was pleased to finally find an historical series written for young boys that neither "cartoonizes" war nor adopts a satirical, demeaning tone. Rather, these books depict the true sacrifices of the men involved in these conflicts. The facts are the facts. There is no politically correct hogwash clouding the child's view of the event. These are more mature historical articles about pivotal events no longer discussed in our public school! These books glorify the ideals scrapped by post-modernists -- bravery, chivalry, and heroism -- ideals that once defined masculinity and limited its so-called "toxicity." As a mother raising masculine gentlemen, I will continue purchasing these fine books! Thanks, Mr. Giorello! Keep writing!
