For Vendor event Sunday, October 25th
By purchasing this item, you agree to the following terms;

-Vendor understands this $50 booth fee is NON-REFUNDABLE unless weather causes event cancellation, A $25 additional fee is added and will be refunded once the day has completed and all rules and guidelines have been followed.
-Vendor agrees to bring all their own equipment including a tent. Tent is required for this event.
-Vendor understands the hours of the event are the duration of our normal operating hours 10am-6pm.
-Vendor is required to arrive between 8-9:30am for set up and ready to sell by 10am.
-There will be 2 people per vendor to be admitted into the festival area and wrist bands are REQUIRED. We will provide the 2 wristbands.

-Vendors understand there are NO vehicles allowed inside the grounds at any time. If you need to drop off supplies, you can do so by going through the brown gates in the southeast corner of the festival grounds prior to 10am. Any other supply runs must be done by using the barn as an entrance AND exit.
-Vendor will keep area clean and leave area in as good or better condition than they found it.
-Vendor spaces will be pre-assigned and you will have an event coordinator the day of the event to help you.

-We have wifi but will not be able to provide access as we run too many transactions of our own to be able to keep up with more volume.

-Vendor understands that you are to sell what was approved and NO network marketing products are to be sold.

-If vendor arrives late, unprepared, goes outside of above guidelines, displays rudeness to our employees or our guests, you will be asked to leave.

If any of these guidelines are unclear, please ask before purchasing. After purchase, we WILL NOT be able to refund you.
