竹下文子與鈴木守這對夫妻檔作繪者，擅長用貼近孩子們日常觀察的場景，描繪現代生活的點點滴滴：例如宅急便的貨物如何歷經長長的路途，和許多人的努力，才抵達收件人的家；馬路壞了又是如何派出大大小小的工程車輛、一個步驟接著一個步驟逐步完成。本書是將一棟屋舍從無到有的完整歷程呈現在小讀者的眼前。每一棟屋子裡流洩出的溫暖燈光，原來需要耗費這麼多人的心血：從討論藍圖到打樁灌水泥、建築物施工、內部裝潢，還有搬家公司運來滿貨櫃的物件入住一間新房屋，還真不是簡單的事呢！
困難歸困難，《大家來蓋房子！》的書封，卻讓蓋這棟屋子的工作人員拿著自己施工的工具，在完工的屋子前留下愉快的合影：泥水師傅拿著抹刀，油漆師傅帶著油漆罐，水電師傅高舉著水龍頭⋯⋯這幅溫暖滿分的畫面，突顯了故事中所有人員樂觀的揮汗努力，共同打造這棟屋子的神氣。
細看書頁，我們可以一一觀察這棟房屋逐漸成形繁複又令人動容的歷程。房屋最後坐落的所在地，起初只是一塊長著短草的空地呢！爸爸媽媽和工程師討論完畢後，就可以看到一輛接一輛不同的工程車與林林總總的工程人員陸續進駐施工。每一幅跨頁的右頁都有各色工程車與許多忙碌的工程人員工作的身影，碰碰的打樁聲，咚咚的鐵鎚聲，釘木板、刨木頭和搬運東西的各種聲音，作者把每一幅畫面都繪製得忙碌生動，小讀者在閱讀畫面時，耳邊幾乎要響起這些工作進行時的聲響了呢！
故事的畫面同時也蘊藏著許多有趣的線索，不著痕跡的透露在蓋房子的過程中。在每一幅跨頁圖裡，幾乎都可以找到左側辛勤種植著農作物的爺爺與小貓，還有右側不分晴雨帶著小狗散步的伯伯。插畫家在故事裡植入的這兩組角色，為讀者創造了趣味洋溢的讀圖遊戲。農夫爺爺一趟一趟運到田裡種植的作物，隨著房屋愈建愈完備也愈長愈高，最後結實纍纍；每一天都外出散步的狗狗與伯伯，則讓讀者看見同一處地景，涵蓋了都市生活裡的變與不變，房子拆遷再建，搬來了新的住戶，鄰居的生活照舊規律進行，等到故事最後一頁，郵差先生替這一戶新搬來的人家把信送到門口，讀者可以想像得到：這一家人要開始在這棟新家落地生根了。
在書名頁裡，家裡的兩個哥哥與小妹妹正用積木蓋著房子。爸媽在房屋的預定地上與設計師討論時，他們在旁嬉戲玩耍；蓋房子還有搬家進行的過程中，小朋友們也都認真參與。孩子們在生活中觀察與學習的身影令人喜悅。這本書讓我們同時看見孩子們如何帶著笑顏，投入生活中的每一個場景，然後，像風一般的成長！

Strong sturdy reliable and versatile
Color: Black
This is a great little side piece to use for your kitchen sink or bathroom mine is in my kitchen sink it works great it sits on the side it's the perfect length holds my scrubber soap and other stuff I need instead of using a makeshift bowl. It's sturdy rust-resistant and I put it through the tests it gets wet every time I do which is every day in this house. You can use it for just about anything. There are no suction cups on it but there is a gray under it that catches all the loose water which is also very convenient. It looks modern and compliments most sinks and kitchens well

Good Quality but Limited Space for Multiple Bottles
Color: Black
This organizer is decent quality, but it ended up being smaller than I expected. For reference, I usually keep the following items at my sink:
• Dawn squeeze dish soap
• Mrs. Meyers hand soap
• Dr. Brown’s bottle soap
• A sponge
• A bottle brush
All of these items fit comfortably in my previous sink caddy that I bought on Amazon. Unfortunately that one eventually started peeling and rusting, which is why I replaced it.
With this one, the narrow section on the left side limits how much you can actually store. It works well for the brush, but it reduces the usable space for bottles. Because of that, fitting multiple soap bottles plus a sponge is a little tight. I also think my previous organizer was slightly wider, which made a bigger difference than I realized.
One feature I do like is the removable plastic tray on the bottom. It catches water well and keeps the counter from getting messy, which is a nice touch.
Overall, it’s usable and I will keep it, but if you normally keep several bottles and tools at your sink like I do, I would recommend paying close attention to the measurements before ordering.

Wonderful size and holds the essentials.

I have no room for something bigger because I have a drop in sink. This is working wonderful. There is room for a scrubby, sponge my stove top cleaner and scrapper for stove. The tray below to catch any water is great and very easy to remove and drain. It takes a second to do. Great size as it is not huge but holds what I need.
