Weaving audio formats and sample rates into a coherent feed can induce headaches, but the MVR-64 Mk2 Multiverter Digital Format Converter streamlines those conversions with do-it-all tools and new timely mk2 perks. The Multiverter’s core 64-in/64-out converter interfaces your recording gear with virtually any signal source, all with super-low latency for a world-class experience. Broadcast engineers have found the MVR-64 Mk2 to be invaluable, providing instant compatibility for their production truck or OB van, even when using grab bags of seemingly incompatible gear. Appsys designed the MVR-64 Mk2 Multiverter Digital Format Converter to perform under pressure, and pro engineers love how built-in triple-redundant power supplies ensure your backup power has backup power. Additionally, 4-pin XLR-equipped battery packs can also be used as a power source in mobile settings. Extensive remote control options let you steer the MVR-64 Mk2 Multiverter Digital Format Converter via web, USB, Dante, and Telenet — it can even bridge separate Dante networks while performing simultaneous bidirectional sample rate conversions (up to 128 channels using the SRC-64 plug-in module) or serve as a 64-channel Dante interface using the I/O panel’s Ethernet port. Formidable clocking options up the utility and reliability even more with clock dropout protection and ways to use internal or external clocks as your master. You also get an integrated headphone amplifier and a test tone generator for simplified monitoring and troubleshooting. Should you need extended format functionality, there are a myriad of breakout boxes available (sold separately, boasting up to 192 additional channels).

New to Mk2

  • Improved routing matrix now offers muscular channel-wise routing/splitting up to 704 x 704
  • Enhanced sample rate handling of 44.1kHz to 192kHz
  • More preset storage — design and save up to 16 configurations
  • Expanded Dante connectivity, including network-to-network bridging

Supported formats

  • AES3 (16-channel x 16-channel)
  • ADAT (4 channels), SPDIF/AES3 optical
  • MADI SFP (up to 2 ports)
  • MADI coaxial
  • AES50 (up to 2 ports)
  • MADI-TP (up to 2 ports)
  • Dante
  • Up to 192 extra channels (requires Flexiverter breakout boxes connected to the FlexLink port)

Flexible clocking options

The MVR-64 Multiverter Mk2 was designed to work across an endless range of applications, and flexible clocking options keep everything synced and tight. For starters, the unit supports sample rates from 41.1kHz to 192kHz. It accepts both word clock input and output via BNC jacks. You can designate any incoming audio signal, incoming word clock, or the MVR-64's own high-quality internal clock as master. And MADI and ADAT 96k frame and S/MIX operation are supported.

Teeming with useful features

The MVR-64 Multiverter Mk2 is packed with flexible functions that let you speed past common hiccups in record time. You can store and recall presets for 16 different setups. A built-in headphone amplifier facilitates easy monitoring, while a test tone generator simplifies troubleshooting — a must-have for complex rigs. Triple-redundant power supplies provide the extra reliability professional engineers demand. You can power the MVR-64 alone using industry-standard 4-pin XLR-equipped battery packs. You get RME-compliant MIDI embedding/de-embedding from MIDI jacks into MADI streams and transparent forwarding of MADI control data. You're also equipped for HA remote control of your Behringer or Midas stage boxes and have a jumperable pinout for Tascam/Yamaha AES3 and AES50/MADI-TP ports.

Love love it
Color: Blue
Best dog toy ever. I have a 1 year old boxer who is full of energy (understatement). This ball has provided more entertainment for us both than any dog toy I’ve ever purchased. Charge holds well and has a very resilient shell. I love it. Worth the price.

Great ball for limited entertainment. Replaceable outer shell is an amazing option!
Color: Blue, Color: Blue
Bought this for our 45lb, ball-obsessed Dutch shepherd/pit bull dog mix. I had one of these years ago with the hard shell and couldn’t be happier with the new foam shell. The new foam shell is much quieter and while our dog might put holes in it with his teeth, he doesn’t seem to ever pull pieces off. For engagement level, he found it VERY interesting at first and was scared to grab it, but once he got over that he started holding it in his mouth even when it shakes and just tries to keep it. Isn’t the best for fetch or anything as he has trouble letting it go when it is actively moving, but it makes him happy while he has it. We just make sure to monitor him while it is out. The ability to change the outer shell and just buy a replacement for the shell instead of a whole new toy is a lovely feature that makes me very happy to continue buying from this company.

Great Interactive Option
Color: Blue
To start, I have been very happy with this purchase. A couple of key points for me are durability and being able to keep my dog's attention. I have had it for almost a year, just a month shy, and she hasn't managed to get through the foam outer shell even though she tries real hard to do so. Let's just say, she's hard to find toys for because of her habit of finding the point of failure where she can pick and gnaw at until the toy is no longer safe for her to have. With this toy, she not only found her match, but it also has her watching, waiting, and even stalking. Only one small issue has recently occurred: the motor has started having an issue where the charge doesn't hold, and it doesn't remain on afterwards. I have reached out to Cheerble directly to see about replacing it since I am still within their 12-month timeframe, and they responded right away.

Quality product for the right dog...
Color: Orange
Honestly it's a really cool product well constructed and moves around on its own with several different modes. The design id brilliant with a tough rubber ball that unscrew to expose the element that makes it move in the middle. The dog won't be able to unscrew it but you can if you ever need to replace the ball for any reason but it would take some work for a dog to destroy the outer ball. Almost like "Kong" type material. The ball is about the size of a softball and the element inside is about the size of a golf ball. I thought my dog would love this but she was afraid of it, which is strange because she's afraid of nothing. Anyways I gave it to my neighbor upstairs and she has a yorkshire terrier who plays with it all the time so it all worked out great. Quality product . Good job!

Thought it was a good idea but not for my dog
Color: Blue
Seemed great but my dog continued to bark at it. Finally she hid it and I haven’t looked for it.
