The four independently-controlled 5.3kW hob burners on top are powerful yet responsive, giving you the flexibility to gently simmer or flash fry as required. The top also features an extended hob area, allowing you to rest pans away from the heat, without taking up valuable counter space.

Behind the single drop-down door, the Falcon offers a generously-sized gas oven with a generous internal capacity over two adjustable shelves, accommodating up to five full-size (2/1) gastronorm trays in total (sold separately) - perfect for cooking in bulk.
