The superstar team of writer Mark Waid (Kingdom Come) and artist Dan Mora (Batman/Superman: World’s Finest) unite for Absolute Power, an epic event that sees DC’s heroes tested like never before!
Following a career of machinations, and thanks to the combined might of the unstoppable android Failsafe and the otherworldly Brainiac Queen, Amanda Waller has finally achieved her goal: stealing the metahuman abilities of every hero and villain on planet Earth. As chaos erupts in the streets and a massive misinformation campaign sways public opinion to her side, the founder of the Suicide Squad methodically targets each superhero dynasty one at a time, starting with Superman.
But even in this darkest of hours, a resistance is forming... and Batman is out for vengeance. Can these powerless heroes defeat the Trinity of Evil and their army of living weapons known as Task Force VII?
It's a shocking blitzkrieg across the globe that is decades in the making—and will shape the course of the DC Universe for years to come!
This volume collects Absolute Power #1-4 and Absolute Power: Ground Zero.

Great comic
Format: Kindle
I loved this comic. It's the first one I've read and I enjoyed the way other Marvel characters showed up periodically throughout it. Great story and art as well. A + in my book!

Excellent Comic!
Format: Hardcover
Definitely liked the comic. Nicely sets up the storyline for the remaining volumes. All characters portrayed as they are with weaknesses and faults. Well written and worth the money. I didn't like the ensing but overall a great read.

Better Than The Sequel Trilogy
Format: Kindle
This comic story really helps in the effort to fix the newest movie trilogy. The comic is stellar.

A must read for Kylo fans
Format: Kindle
I'm so sad this was only about 100 pages. This gave clarity to the choppy movie origin story of Kylo Ren while filling some major movie plot holes. Angsty, heart wrenching and dark -- the perfect intro for our favorite emo space boy. The art style was really great without being too gory. Adam Driver fans will also be pretty pleased with the likeness (it's not exact, but still good).

Really good read, and leaves questions
Format: Paperback
Nice to see the Ben Solo story flushed out more than what was shown in The Last Jedi and The Rise Of Skywalker. A good job also of not explaining everything. Ben mentions something about what Skywalker did to Snoke, and then there's the Emperor himself speaking to Ben in his mind, which makes one wonder, if even the Emperor was his own voice in Ben's head, why didn't Kylo recognize him in The Rise Of Skywalker. Plenty of things left to really expand upon this very good story.
