RevepAlva Noto and Ryuichi Sakamoto's third collaborative album, Revep, was originally released by the duo via raster noton in 2006, and has been remastered for the updated release, which sees the album pressed to vinyl for the first time in 16 years. The original recordings that appear on Revep are said to have emerged from musical exchanges between Alva Noto and Ryuichi Sakamoto that first began with 2002 collaborative record Vrioon. The tracks also revolve around a collaborative arrangement of Sakamoto's 1983 classic track 'Merry Christmas Mr. Lawrence'.
