　　1964年生於東京。慶應大學法學院政治系畢業。曾任職日本朝日電視台主播，負責過許多廣受歡迎的新聞節目。1993年成為獨立播報員，開始擔任講師教授溝通技巧。除朝日電視台的主播學院與「CheriRoses」進修學校外，也於瑞穗綜合研究所、SMBC顧問公司、「星和BusinessLink」人才培育公司等企業，開設「商場應對禮儀」、「商用信件寫作技巧」、「溝通技巧」等研習課程。2016年起，於大妻女子大學文學系擔任特座講師。著有《基礎說話術》、《俐落說敬語—入門篇》、《下筆成章的商業信件寫作入門》以及《機靈短語辭典》（以上書名皆為直譯）。
