- Directions - Remove the cap by squeezing on both sides and twisting. Fill dosage cap. Adults and Children 6 years of age and older: Using 1 cupful of rinse, swish around your entire mouth for 1 minute and then spit out. Using another 1 cupful of rinse, gargle for 30 seconds allowing rinse to reach tonsils. Do not swallow the rinse. Wait 5 minutes before eating. For best results, use 2 to 3 times daily.
