This book is a photojournalistic art piece, including 100 recipes inspired by author/photographer Christall Lowe’s family woven into a tale of the delicious flavours of New Zealand ― land and sea, sweet and salty, warm, and cold.
About the Author
Christall Lowe is an award-winning food photographer. She produced the stunning photography for Ashia Ismail Singer’s Saffron Swirls and Cardamom Dust (2021). Kai is her first solo cookbook, with many others yet to come.

It will shine/glitter up your world.

My daughter loves this. She has me buy her one every Christmas and uses it to shimmer up everything! Mists out fine particles of glitter as a big poof. It does tend to get everywhere. More even when applying, unlike the brush on applicating ones.
