Antique Art Nouveau Style Swing Vanity Mirror with Whiplash Supports c.1900–1920

Description:
A beautifully decorative antique swing vanity mirror, dating to the early 20th century and crafted in the elegant Art Nouveau taste. Featuring a richly stained wooden frame with flowing carved detail to the crest and base, this piece is distinguished by its graceful whiplash-shaped side supports a hallmark of the Art Nouveau movement’s love of organic, fluid lines.

Designed as a dressing table mirror, the adjustable swing frame allows the mirror plate to tilt, making it both practical and decorative. Its warm aged patina and softly timeworn character give it a romantic, timeless appeal, equally suited to a bedroom, hallway or vintage-inspired interior.

A charming decorative piece with both function and history, perfect for collectors of antique mirrors or lovers of period interiors.

Condition:
Good antique condition overall, with age-related wear consistent with use and age. There is an old repair to the top right-hand whiplash support, which is stable and reflected in the price. Minor wear and character marks commensurate with its age.

Great Practice Questions!
Format: Paperback
I mostly used this book for the practice questions, which aligned with all the topics we discussed in class. This book was organized in a way that made sense and followed my professor’s syllabus. Definitely worth the investment if you want to practice essay questions for torts!

Poorly written, but possibly best of all the garbage available today.
Format: Paperback
E&E's (including torts) are of questionable value except as an introduction to ideas and terms. The actual examples and explanations are at times self-contradictory, especially regarding the certainty of the authors in how a court would rule. I would not recommend these books to anyone going to law school if there were something better available. Unfortunately, I'm not familiar with anything better at this point. Read the whole first-year series before law school if you can't find a better series.

I don't understand the Hype.
Format: Paperback
Everyone seems to love Glannon but I found other E&Es to me much straightforward and easy to understand. Don't know what it is about Glannon's writing. Not terrible, just not conducive to me for whatever reason. Negligence sections were lacking.
