Record or livestream songs, podcasts, and commentary in high resolution to your Mac/Windows computer or iOS mobile device with the Tascam US-1x2HR, a desktop 2x2 USB Type-C audio interface designed to deliver comfortable, user-friendly operation, clean audio quality, and simultaneous input of a mic and an instrument for home recordists and traveling content creators.
With its single Ultra-HDDA mic preamp and 1/4" line/Hi-Z input, the US-1x2HR allows you to track or overdub two different sources at the same time. Phantom power is onboard for condenser mics and LED signal/peak indicators are provided to help you properly set levels. Use the rear-panel RCA inputs to record an unbalanced line-level signal from a DJ mixer, media player, or mixing console. The stereo RCA line outs and 1/4" headphone output enable monitoring through speakers, headphones, or both, each with its own level control. Additional feature enhancements include virtual loopback for podcasting and livestreaming, zero-latency direct monitoring, and an empowering software bundle.
Ultra-HDDA Mic Preamp
- Ultra-HDDA (High Definition Discrete Architecture) mic preamp design developed in-house and combined with a newly improved audio circuit for enhanced audio performance and transparency

- 1/4" input can be switched to high impedance for direct recording of electric guitar and bass

High-Resolution Recording
- Records at up to 192 kHz / 24-bit resolution
- Mic preamp and A/D converters work together to capture the clearest signal path, at 192 kHz or at lower sampling rates
