The heavy gauge makes all the difference when it comes to a superior baffle filter. Secured in place, the baffle pad will not shift or bend when being handled. Because of the extra weight, the filter won’t vibrate when installed. The baffles are constructed from 24 gauge galvanized steel, roll formed in a unique pattern that allows the grease to easily drain as well as gives the filter extra strength. The pad is framed in a heavy galvanized steel frame, riveted on one side giving the filter the extra strength needed. I had the worst nightmare using the APLB Tranexamic Acid Niacinamide Lotion. I used this product consistently for about three weeks, hoping it would help with brightening and hyperpigmentation, but instead it completely damaged my skin barrier.
What started as mild irritation quickly turned into severe itching, redness, inflamed bumps, and intense skin sensitivity. Eventually, my skin developed dermatitis-like symptoms with painful inflammation, red rashes, and even slight bleeding in certain areas from constant irritation and scratching.
Instead of improving, this lotion made my skin look worse — angry, inflamed, textured, and extremely reactive. The itching was unbearable, and the red bumps took a long time to calm down.
If you have sensitive skin or are prone to eczema, contact dermatitis, or allergic reactions, please patch test very carefully before using this product. My experience was honestly terrible, and recovering my skin afterward took much longer than the three weeks I spent using it. (Still recovering after 2 months)
