This citric acid-based stop bath is low in odour, making it more pleasant to work with, especially in enclosed darkroom spaces.
Ideal for both dish or tray processing of photographic paper and deep tank processing of film, Ilford Ilfostop reduces alkaline carry over from the developer into the acidic fixer. This helps extend the life of the fixer and improves overall processing consistency. Each 30ml sachet makes enough working solution for two rolls of 35mm film or one roll of 120 film, making it a practical choice for both occasional and frequent users.
