How to Use:

• Warm the teeth shell in hot water and shape around your upper teeth.
• Heat the plastic beads in hot water until clear.
• Roll into a worm shape and press into the teeth tray (make sure it reaches the 3 securing holes).
• Press the teeth firmly over your own teeth and adjust in front of a mirror.
• Let cool outside the mouth for about 10 minutes.
