For electronics, this bass is outfitted with a pair of active EMG 35DCs—soapbar pickups which offer punch, clarity, a crisp high-end, and lots of output. A volume knob, balance knob, and tone knob give you control over the electronics' timbres. Additionally, its black hardware complements its black satin finish quite well.
