Road tested and artist approved, the Reverend Charger HB comes outfitted with top-notch tonewoods, custom electronics, and more. It’s a custom-shop experience at a jaw-dropping price! The Charger HB’s sonic personality and reliable build are more than capable of getting the goods for studio pros, bedroom producers, and gigging artists alike. A lightweight korina body delivers full-bodied resonance with noticeable mahogany-like warmth; korina perfectly pairs with a maple fingerboard and neck, both roasted for stability and outstanding vintage looks. Tone-wise, two Reverend HA5 pickups guarantee praiseworthy PAF-style humbucker tones with increased output and clarity to suit modern styles, but do so without compromising this guitar’s retro cred. Moreover, numerous high-end appointments deliver versatile tone-tweaking options matched with reliable, gig-worthy hardware. Locking tuners, an innovative Bass Contour, a treble bleed circuit, premium pots and caps, and a Pure Tone jack merge to form a mechanically and electronically sound guitar that’s beyond reliable. If you’re looking for a rockin’ guitar that’s fit for the long haul, the Reverend Charger HB might be the perfect fit.

Outstanding tonewoods shaped to perfection

Reverend’s consistency in quality and incredible tone is a hallmark of their brand, and it all starts with the woods. The company focuses on a no-compromise standard — their meticulously chosen woods combine long-lasting durability with room-filling resonance. Korina bodies are well known for their presence in boutique and custom-shop instruments, exuding velvety warmth while balancing lows, mids, and highs exceptionally well. The Charger HB’s roasted maple neck feels sturdy in the hands, holding up to humidity changes while out on the road and delivering that beloved “snap.” The roasted maple fingerboard feels just as exceptional as it looks, highly lauded for its smooth-as-glass texture and effortless playability in all positions.

Custom PAF-style humbuckers

Rather than rely on third-party pickups to get the job done, Reverend took it upon themselves to craft their own for the Charger HB. Loaded in both positions is a pair of custom-voiced humbuckers, akin to vintage PAFs with slight tweaks to deliver a distinct sound. The HA5 in the bridge packs a punch just like a roaring humbucker should, wound slightly hotter than comparable pickups for added thickness and warmth that works exceptionally well for modern genres and playing styles. Players are quick to point out the clarity of the HA5 in the neck position: it’s much more open sounding than your standard PAF while possessing all of the smoothness of its inspiration. When you’re in need of a versatile workhorse, this impressive set of pickups is sure to give you a standout sound.

Fabulous appointments — no sticker shock

One strum is all it takes to experience the exquisite quality of Reverend’s guitars. The Charger HB comes stock with several enhancements typically reserved for instruments more than double the cost. The result? A 6-string with an elite, pro-quality feel. The Bass Contour knob is a handy tool for tone shaping. It’s capable of tightening up flub and even changing the characteristics of your pickups — humbuckers can quickly morph into single-coils with this awesome mod! Like all of Reverend’s other offerings, the Charger HB comes equipped with an upgraded jack courtesy of Pure Tone Technologies. Rather than employ the standard single contact, Pure Tone jacks use a pair of contacts for a tighter connection and a more consistent signal. Let’s not forget the treble bleed circuit for retaining your high end when rolling back the volume, which is made even better with 10% poly caps and pots for much more consistent performance. With a Reverend in your hands, you can rest assured that only the best components are under the hood.

costume and professional
This is a fun suit and would be amusing to wear to a date. It screams out pompous in a delightful way. I like the fit overall and while not perfect it wears well enough. Best of all is that I can dance in it. I attached some media so that you can get a crystal clear idea about what this suits appearance is. The bottomline is that most people will find this suit playful and maybe even a bit classy.

Got these for a wedding and am pretty impressed
I was invited to a wedding and needed a white suit. I saw this linen suite and couldn't pass it up, especially for the price. When the suit came in, I was very happy with the fit and feel of both the suit and pants. The material feels like decent quality and on par with what I would expect, given the price. So if you are going to an event or simply want an extra suit then check this out, you may be surprised like I was.

Smooth Look
I wore this to an outside wedding and it looked great and I had multiple people compliment me on the suit. It is made of linen so it is a little more casual and comfy than regular suits and works well in the summer or for outdoor events. I am 5'8" and 160lbs and the small fits me well. I would say for the jacket you want it to be a few inches bigger than your actual chest measurement and then choose the correct size for your pant waist.

Pleasantly surprised
When I first ordered this suit, I wasn't sure if I had made the right decision. When I looked at the sizing chart, I was kind of in between sizes. I'm 5'11" and 195 lbs, with a muscular build. Given the size chart, my pant size was more of a medium, and my jacket size was a large. In this case, I decided to go with a medium, and favor the pant size. I'm actually quite glad that I did that, because the pants fit me very nicely. The jacket is a little tight on me, and buttoning it up is probably something I won't be able to do very effectively, but I'd rather have a snug jacket, then loose fitting pants. I like the color quite a bit, and the fabric is quite comfortable. Of course, it needs a steam, so please try not to focus on that too much with the pictures that I posted. Anything made of linen will wrinkle easily, so it will need that type of attention paid to it more often than not. The jacket is very nicely made, and not as thin as I was expecting. As a matter of fact, when I think of linen, I think of a thin garment. This suit has more thickness to it than I anticipated, and I actually appreciate that. It feels more like a business suit, then a leisure suit. I also like the tailoring of the pants, and find them very flattering for my lower body. All in all, I was pleasantly surprised. I only wish I could have had the pants in medium, and the jacket in a large, but given the choice I think I chose wisely.

Class without the price
Size: Large, Color: Burgundy
After purchasing many of the suit offerings on Amazon, Luperty's suit are the best for the price. The adjustable pants makes for a smooth fitting experience, and allow you to breathe when you've clearly eaten to much. The pant length is ideal for a classic suit appearance. If you want a more modern fit you'll have to get them hemmed higher. The vest is form fitting, which is to say not as forgiving as the pants, but will definitely cut a sharper figure. The jacket fits well off the rack for me, albeit the sleeves could be pulled in a bit. I ordered a Large size, which all the pieces fit well for a 5'11", sub 200 lb man. I wouldn't say I'm very in shape, so your milage may very. After buying my first suit from Luperty, I was so impressed that I purchased the rest of the colors as well. My only complaint is that I wish the sleeve lining was more interesting. They all use the same generic white striped fabric. I would have liked to see more variation for each of the different colors. As I have bought all the colors, even the cream color which they no longer offer, I think I can give some insight on which ones work best. 1. Burgundy - This is the best looking one. It's a statement to wear this color of suit. This suit is bold but refined, like a smooth wine. I've gotten the most compliments with this color than any other. It's eye catching and sharp, and you'll feel classy in it. I've actually bought two of these. 2. Dark Grey - This suit is the one you wear to an important board meeting. It's a beautiful charcoal that has a nice sheen to it. A timeless appearance that shows class but muted enough to not take center stage. 3. Cream - Another bold suit, maybe too bold seeing as how they no longer sell it. This suit defines the Miami Vice mafioso look, and it pulls it off nicely. Pairs extremely well with bright pastels. Don't forget to lose the tie and unbutton at least two of the top buttons to get the full effect. 4. Navy Blue - This one's name does it a disservice. The blue is almost at Royal Blue level. The color is definitely striking and can be elevated easily. You might be able to pull this off in a professional setting as well as blue is seen as a more business oriented color, though I believe this is just slightly over the top. However, I like over the top. 5. Light Grey - This one is very light. You wear this one to the same things as the dark grey one, but want to show a bit more character. It strikes me as more of a European color, and maybe that makes it feel more sophisticated. Wearing it with a pocket watch is optional but recommended. 6. Black - This is where we start to decline in color quality. I knows it's black, but I'd like to have seen some more texture, similar to the dark grey. Hopefully you don't have to wear it much given the negative context. 7. Dark Navy - I think I like this one better than the black one, however this one is DARK. I often have to put it right next to my black one to differentiate them, it's that dark. In various lighting you can tell people its a black suit and no one would refute you. Because of this reason I think it's worse than the black. But it makes for the perfect bog standard suit to wear into the office if you need it to. All of these suits are under $100, and often go on sale for less. I cannot recommend them enough for first time suit buyers. As always, remember to open up the vents in the back that are sewn shut, as well as the pockets. As lucky as I am to be able to have these fit almost perfectly, the last step in any suit journey is to have them tailored to you. It might cost as much as this suit, but a $1000 suit off the rack will have nothing on a $100 suit that's been tailored.
