It can be applied to a range of materials including zinc, iron, steel, lead, aluminium, asbestos-cement, concrete, stone, wood, felt and brick. Common uses of this solvent include coating corrugated iron sheets, fire escapes, stairways, ladders, storage tanks, gutters, downpipes and fences etc. It is also used as a protective coating for concrete structures, stone, brick and sand/cement surfaces.
