The Premium range features intelligent controls that allow you to quickly change settings between meat (-2°C to +2°C), fish (-1°C to +1°C) and general storage (+1°C to +4°C) at the touch of a button - a great option for kitchens with seasonal menu items.

The generous 920-litre capacity allows you to store a large amount of perfectly-chilled produce, whilst anti-tilt, E-shaped shelf supports enable shelving and GN pans safely to be used together - giving you more customisation and flexibility over your fridge space. The powerful forced air cooling system provides effective and reliable storage, even when the door is opened regularly as in most busy kitchens.
