There is no background in the decal, the background is whatever surface you place decal on! In the picture the vinyl decal is black, the white (paper background) would be whatever surface you apply it to!

Decals are made in and shipped from the U.S., they are made of Computer Die-Cut 6-7 year Exterior Vinyl. All decals are shipped masked and ready for application, they can be placed on any flat, clean, outer surface on exterior items as well as interior items.

This decal can be applied to any clean smooth surface. Application instructions are included for an easy installation.
