Trend Micro Deep Discovery Inspector (Virtual Appliance, 500 Mbps) with XDR subscription is a purpose-built security solution designed to uncover advanced threats in isolation, without impacting production networks. Tuned for sustained 500 Mbps throughput, this appliance delivers precise, automated malware analysis and network threat detection, while seamlessly integrating with Trend Micro XDR for coordinated defense across endpoints, networks, and cloud services. Ideal for academic labs, government and public sector environments, the renewal license keeps your threat defenses current with ongoing updates and threat intelligence, empowering proactive threat hunting, rapid containment, and governance-compliant security operations.

  • Powerful sandbox-based malware analysis: Detonates suspicious files and URLs in a secure, isolated sandbox, exposing complex behaviors such as command-and-control communications, data exfiltration attempts, and multi-stage payloads. Analysts receive rich, actionable reports that translate raw activity into precise indicators for incident response and threat-hunting playbooks without touching live networks.
  • High-throughput virtual appliance: Engineered to sustain deep inspection at 500 Mbps, maintaining thorough threat discovery during peak traffic. This balance of performance and depth makes it suitable for mid-to-large lab environments, research centers, and departmental security teams that demand both speed and detailed analysis.
  • Integrated XDR for coordinated defense: Works in concert with Trend Micro XDR to correlate insights across endpoints, networks, and cloud services. This cross-domain visibility accelerates triage, reduces alert fatigue, and supports automated containment and remediation workflows so security teams can focus on high-priority threats.
  • Subscription license renewal with academic pricing: The 1-license renewal includes ongoing software updates, threat intelligence feeds, and access to the latest detection capabilities. Academic pricing makes it accessible for research institutions and university labs, while non-contract government and public sector deployments benefit from flexible terms and scalable protection.
  • Flexible deployment for diverse environments: Whether in a controlled academic lab, government data center, or public sector facility, the appliance integrates with existing security tooling, provides detailed forensics, and supports governance and compliance requirements. It is designed to strengthen a durable security posture without imposing vendor lock-in.

Great way to introduce children to drag queens and gender transition
Format: Paperback
This is a nice story about a little girl (in 5th grade) who lives with her mom and uncle who is a drag queen. Over the course of the story, she realizes that the reason she doesn’t like make-up, jewelry, dresses, and nail polish is NOT because she has watched a grown man wear those things her entire life. And it isn’t because some girls just don’t like those things. It is because she is really a boy. She transitions to a boy and is finally happy. This is a great story to introduce children to drag queens and the idea that if they aren’t stereotypical girls or boys, they might be born in the wrong body. Happiness can be found living a life pretending to be the sex that you are not.

Amazing!
Format: Kindle
My diverse literature professor required we read this book for a literature circle assignment. I absolutely adore this book! It was a window inside the life of a transgender child. Juvenile content for young readers but a serious and important overall theme. I highly recommend.

Transgender Story
Format: Kindle
A middle school age girl questions herself and her place on Earth. I had trouble believing the story based on the fact the character is middle school age and mentions all the things he can’t do yet but the point of view is first person and definitely looks at herself/himself like an adult would. The narrator clearly isn’t the protagonist but an adult. Big flaw.
