FAQ & Troubleshooting

1. Doesn't take off

Please fully charge the battery before flight.

2. The top rotor refuses to spin/helicopter would not lift off

Check that the screws holding the blade holder and outer hollow shaft are tight and aligned with the inner shaft.

3. The controls do not work right.

Try changing the batteries and setting the band selector on the remote and helicopter to the same frequency. Also, ensure there's no nearby remote frequency interference.

4. The on/off switch on the helicopter broke off when turning it back off after using it the very first time.

Be gentle when turning the switch off, as it can be fragile.

5. Battery would not hold a charge even when it was charged for over an hour longer than necessary.

Check the charging port, cable, or battery for any defects. We offer replacement if needed.
