As with any sanitary option, if you're using these as your only means of protection, on your heaviest days we recommend that you change them during the day, just like you would a pad or tampon, or wear a cloth san pad that can we whipped out at lunchtime without any faff.

Our Sporty pants are low-rise, with 4 layers of protection to the front and rear waistband. Perfect for wearing on their own during the day or for any other activities.  They've been tried and tested during footy matches, horse riding and MTB cycling.

The Cheeky Period Pants range do not have any logos or labels on the outside of the pants anywhere making them very discrete! They are sold without fancy packaging to keep the price down and saving on unnecessary waste.

Fabric & Care

The body of the pant is cotton/elastane (95%/5%).  With 4 layers to give you maximum protection but also keeping you comfortable:

• moisture wicking

• highly absorbent

• never leak

• breathable fabric

Machine wash cold (maximum 30 degrees) and then hang dry. Do not use bleach or fabric softener or put them in the tumble dryer. This will affect the absorbency and can cause the elastic to fray.

Can putting period blood in the washing machine contaminate my other washing?

An average period is just 30ml to 72ml of blood over the course of 5 days (= 5-12 teaspoons worth) so there is only a small amount on the pad anyway! For best results, we recommend cold soaking before washing. But even if you put your soiled items in the washing straight away there is NO risk of 'contaminating' anything else in the wash... so chuck em in!

Sizes are true to UK sizes. Cheeky Pants Feeling Sporty are snug and stretchy so if unsure go up a size.
