Background - What is WHS consultation?

The model WHS Act makes it a legal requirement that workers consult with other duty holders. This is an important part of managing work safety and health.

A person conducting a business or undertaking one, should reasonably consult workers who perform work for the company or undertaking and are (or will be) directly affected in a matter of health and safety. This applies to all employees, contractors, volunteers, and others who do work for the company or undertaking.

When you are working with employees, it is important to consult them in:

1 – Identifying dangers

3 - Making decisions to minimize/eliminate these risks and dangers

4 - Making decisions about the availability of welfare facilities for workers.

5 - Introducing changes that could affect workers' safety or health.

When developing procedures, you must consult workers:

1 - Regarding work safety and health

2 - Resolving safety and health issues at work

3 - Monitoring the health of workers and their workplace conditions.

4 - Informing and training for workers

Consultation should be made accessible to everyone and be understandable by all, including those who are culturally or linguistically diverse.

My dog is a very aggressive chewer.
Color: Blue
My dog is an aggressive chewer and this lasted about 3 weeks before he started to get into the plastic and I had to throw away. It lasted longer than other chew toys so it was good. However the tail makes it easier for him to chew off into pieces. He gets nervous and needs to chew on something. I find the hard cheese sticks a better option for his nervousness.

Excellent
Color: Tan
The only problem I have is that it comes apart a little too easily. My cat is the most finicky thing in the world, but she loves this as much as she can. She's not really one for toys. This, a scratch post, and a cardboard scratcher are her only toys she favors. I almost died of shock when she used this the first time😅

Tighten the compression nut
Color: Tan, Color: Tan
My cat loved this groomer right out of the box! She was so aggressive, though, that the brush kept coming out of the base. When my husband got home from work, I asked if he could put some kind of glue in it. Two minutes later, he had it fixed. He says this is a compression nut that you tighten with your fingers (a wrench would probably break it) on to the metal ends of the brush. The look on his face said what he didn't dare say out loud. In my defense, there were no instructions included.

Product seems fine. My cats won't use.
Color: Tan
My cats won't use this or go anywhere near it. I am considering taking the brush part off the base and trying to attach it to some furniture they constantly rub against. The arch has to be assembled, which was super easy. The brush is sturdy and the base holds it well. I am keeping it in hopes of finding some way to teach my cats how great it could feel. The 3 stars rating is strictly because my cats won't use the product, so that lowers it's value for me.
