Designed with touch screen control panel, it is more convenient to adjust working parameter of filling and capping function. It is no need to train operator, operation is easier and can reduce production error greatly.
Equipped with peristaltic pump, It will fill liquid without passing through pump, ensures the liquid quality. It is also easier to change filling hose if you need to fill liquid with different colors/fragrance.
The rotary plate is with fixing mold to fix bottles and prevent from the bottle fall down during filling or capping work. These are customized according to bottle sizes.
The filling nozzle is with anti-dripping design, and the smaller filling nozzle make the liquid will not easy to be splashed,these can improve filling accuracy. High quality electric eyes can be used to detecting passing by bottles and control the machine to work or not. The sensitivity of the electric eye can be adjusted according to the adjusting part.
After capping, bottles will be pushed out and buffer plate can help to collect finish products, save time and reduce production process and time.
