SPC's integrated tubular and cast steel design provides the strength and durability needed for the most demanding environments. These remove andreplace arms are available in pairs for lifted and off-road applications. Get more droop travel: SPC's arm has improved clearance to get around the spring bucket when the arm droops, eliminating arm to frame contact on lifted trucks. THe maintainable ball joint has an oversized ball and allows more than 80deg of articulation to ensure it never binds. SpecRide bushings have free pivot to eliminate any chance of bushing failure seen on many high travel suspensions. Get your drivability and tracking back: When you lift your truck you affect caster and camber. SPC's arms have +1deg of caster built into them. Using its patented ball joint design the arm will get you -1deg to +3deg of caster and +-2deg of camber. Get your tire where you wantit in the wheel well: Use adjustment in the control arm and on the OE lower cams to maximize alignment angles and move oversized tires forward in the wheel well to minimize or avoid fender trimming. Good Stuff

If you need more fiber in your diet, you need this. The price is right, it works very well and keeps me regular. I use this instead of the gummies or capsules. That's because you MUST put in in fluid, and hydration is SO important when using a psyllium product as it causes water to be absorbed very quickly once it is ingested, and you don't want to dehydrate! Mixes very well in water and has little to no taste whatsoever. Stay regular, stay hydrated and stay well.

I like the mildly tart taste of this unflavored, unsweetened drink made up with water. The texture doesn't bother me, with stirring right from the beginning of adding the water, there is no clumping. After 10 days there is no effect on my bowels which were regular previously anyway. My doctor wanted me to use this although I already have a high fiber diet.

Definitely Not Unflavored. This is Tart / Sour, Which Limits the Options to Certain Juices

I was expecting an unflavored fiber powder. However, expect a sour/tart taste. This means you can't add it to tea or coffee. I don't think it is appropriate to say that it is "unflavored" as I've had psyllium husk from other vendors that are truly "unflavored" (i.e. no citric acid). Dextrin (another fiber source) is also unflavored. But this Metamucil is tart (like sucking a lime) and can only be added to tart juices like orange juice or lemonade.

Happy it is unflavored

I was worried about the taste based on some of the reviews. I tried it in my coffee, and I'm glad I did it that way. I keep coffee in the fridge, so that is what I mixed with one tablespoon of this. I use half and half and no sugar. I tasted it. It tastes like burnt coffee. Not a bad thing...thats just what the taste it added. I decided to see what would happen if I added a splash of a flavored creamer. The taste went away instantly. Hope this helps someone!
