Unleash enterprise-grade eDiscovery capabilities with the Veritas eDiscovery Platform, now offered as an On-premise Subscription Conversion License with Essential Support under the Veritas Corporate Licensing Program (CLP). This 2-year license unlocks Unlimited GB Processing, giving corporate legal teams, compliance professionals, and IT departments the ability to ingest, index, search, review, and produce massive data sets with speed, reliability, and governance. Designed for organizations that demand rigorous data handling, strong security, and predictable budgeting, this offering blends robust on-premise deployment with the flexibility of corporate pricing. Whether you’re migrating from perpetual licenses or consolidating software agreements under CLP, this license is crafted to minimize disruption while maximizing discovery throughput and control over sensitive data.

  • Unlimited GB processing on an on-premise deployment: The Veritas eDiscovery Platform is engineered to handle large-scale data workloads without fixed throughput caps. Organizations can ingest diverse data types—from emails and documents to cloud-era data stores and structured repositories—without worrying about budgetary limits tied to data volume. This capability translates into faster data normalization, indexing, and search operations, empowering legal teams to perform comprehensive discovery quickly, create precise search criteria, and generate defensible productions at scale. The on-premise model also ensures data remains within your security perimeter, enabling stricter governance, tighter access controls, and auditable workflows that align with regulatory demands and internal compliance standards. The solution is designed to leverage parallel processing, optimized indexing, and efficient storage management to keep processing times predictable even as data grows exponentially over the term of the license.
  • 2-year license with corporate pricing under Veritas CLP: This subscription conversion license is tailored for enterprise procurement through the Veritas Corporate Licensing Program. CLP provides predictable budgeting through a fixed term, typically with access to favorable corporate pricing for organizations with extensive software footprints. The 2-year duration ensures continuity of features, support, and security updates, reducing the administrative overhead of renewals. It also offers a streamlined path for upgrades to newer releases within the CLP framework, allowing enterprises to stay current with improvements in analytics, data processing, eDiscovery workflows, and governance capabilities. For procurement teams, the CLP arrangement simplifies license management, consolidates licensing across multiple products, and aligns with enterprise purchasing cycles while preserving the ability to scale as your eDiscovery needs evolve.
  • Essential Support included for ongoing reliability: The license bundle includes Essential Support, ensuring access to expert technical assistance, software updates, and security patches. Essential Support is designed to minimize downtime during investigations, audits, and regulatory requests by providing timely responses to incidents, guidance on best practices, and proactive maintenance recommendations. With this coverage, organizations benefit from curated knowledge resources, product advisories, and direct escalation paths for critical issues, helping legal and IT teams maintain service levels, reduce operational risk, and protect case timelines. This support framework complements the on-premise deployment, which often relies on internal IT teams and partner services to sustain peak performance and compliance across large data estates.
  • On-premise deployment optimized for security, control, and governance: The on-premise configuration puts you in full control of the discovery environment. This setup is ideal for organizations with strict data sovereignty, regulatory, and privacy requirements, as it keeps sensitive information behind your firewall and behind your own access controls. The platform typically includes robust security features such as role-based access control, comprehensive audit trails, encryption at rest and in transit, and integrated data governance policies. You can define retention schedules, defensible deletion workflows, and strict chain-of-custody records, which are crucial during investigations and regulatory inquiries. The deployment also enables seamless integration with existing identity providers, data sources, and security infrastructure, ensuring a cohesive IT ecosystem with centralized management and reporting capabilities.
  • Comprehensive eDiscovery feature set for large enterprises: Beyond processing power, the Veritas eDiscovery Platform delivers a full spectrum of discovery capabilities—from early data assessment and case management to advanced search, analytics, and defensible productions. Features commonly include near-duplicate detection, keyword and conceptual search, targeted redaction, production sets, and robust review workflows. The platform supports ingestion from diverse sources—emails, documents, enterprise repositories, and cloud services—while providing scalable processing pipelines and machine learning-assisted insights. Auditability, reporting, and compliance reporting help legal teams demonstrate defensibility in court and during regulatory audits. This expansive feature set is what makes the 2-year CLP license a compelling choice for corporate legal operations that require speed, accuracy, and governance at scale.

Frequently asked questions

  • What does Unlimited GB Processing mean? Unlimited GB Processing indicates there is no preset data volume cap within the license term for ingestion, indexing, and search operations in the on-premise deployment. Real-world throughput depends on hardware capacity, data complexity, concurrent workloads, and optimal system configuration. It enables large-scale investigations without entering tiered data limits, supporting faster discovery timelines while preserving governance and auditability.
  • What is included with Essential Support? Essential Support provides access to technical assistance, software updates, and security patches designed to keep your platform secure, up-to-date, and reliable. It also encompasses guidance on best practices, access to knowledge bases, and priority handling of critical issues in accordance with the CLP terms and service levels associated with your region and licensing tier.
  • What is a Subscription Conversion License? A Subscription Conversion License is a licensing model that converts an on-premise or perpetual deployment into a time-bound term under CLP, granting ongoing feature access and support for the duration of the term. This arrangement offers predictable pricing, streamlined procurement, and renewal options, making it easier to manage licensing aligned with enterprise budgeting cycles.
  • How long is the license valid? The license term is 2 years from activation. After the term ends, renewal terms through CLP apply, with potential options for upgrades and extensions depending on regional availability and pricing.
  • Can I renew or upgrade after 2 years? Yes. Upon term expiration, CLP renewal options are typically available. You may choose to continue with the same package, upgrade to newer release tiers, or adjust the licensing scope to meet evolving discovery and governance needs, subject to CLP terms and regional offerings.
  • Is this license suitable for cloud or hybrid environments? The described license is specifically for an on-premise deployment with Unlimited GB Processing. For cloud or hybrid configurations, additional licenses or components may be required, as defined by Veritas and your CLP terms. If you plan to extend to cloud-based services or hybrid workflows, consult your Veritas representative for compatible licensing and architecture guidance.

I don't know how I ever lived without it.
I'm very happy with this device. My laptop doesn't have an ethernet port and only has one USB-C SuperSpeed port, so I bought an ethernet to USB-C cable to connect my ethernet switch to the Anker and into my laptop's USB-C port, and it works great. I don't need a fast internet connection for the things I do, so my service is only a 50mbps symmetrical up/down connection, and that's what I get even while transferring files from my external between other devices, charging my phone, and using composite devices. I bought the Anker 100W Compact and Foldable USB C Charger for it and it charges my S24 extremely fast. It's very well built, yet super lightweight. I love the sleek, slender design. It's the perfect size to easily slide into a pocket, store in a desk drawer, or keep handy in a laptop case or backpack. Using it is easy. Just plug it into your computer and plug your devices into it. Just make sure you have a power supply for it if you're charging or powering other devices, using external storage, or running anything else that taxes USB power. I have had ZERO connectivity issues with it — no random disconnect/reconnect blips, no failed transfers for huge amounts of data that have taken up to 45 minutes, no static his or crackle when my headset is running through it... no problems at all. It's actually kind of spooky now that I think about it... I can't recall a time I've ever had a similar device that didn't have some nuance that got under my skin, like a loose connection, random disconnections, having to reinstall the drivers all the time, or having to troubleshoot just to get it connected for the first time. The most stress I've put it through was with my keyboard connected, ethernet running through it, my S24 charging and transferring about ~20gb of pictures and videos to my 2T external HD at the same time that my laptop was transferring about ~500gb of media and documents to the HD, too, and I was surprised by how warm it DIDN'T get. My only complaint is trivial and unique to my situation — I wish output cord was longer. About six inches would do. My laptop sits up on an adjustable stand that clamps to my desk, and the end where the output cord is hangs a few inches off of my desk. This puts extra stress on the USB-C port and can wear it out faster or damage it. I haven't had a use for the HDMI port yet, but I eventually will. I use all of the other ports for my work and personal devices, though. These include: a 2tb external hard drive; a Poly Blackwire 3320 Series headset; a dongle for a wireless mouse/keyboard combo or a wired keyboard and a dongle for a wireless mouse; my Galaxy S24 charges and transfers files through it super fast; I have several thumb drives ranging from 20gb to 512gb that I regularly use; I recently bought an RCA/S Video-to-USB converter to digitize old home movies I plug into it, too.

Anker wins again.
Worked well for usb hub but hdmi was not reliable. Disappointed because usually Anker products are good quality. UPDATE: Anker voluntarily offered a refund so my faith in Anker has been fully restored.

Perfect with a MacBook
The Anker USB C Hub works great with my MacBook Air. I paired it with the Anker 100W MacBook charger which plugs directly into the USB C Hub so I only have to plug in one cable like a true docking station. My Apple MagSafe charger stays in my briefcase so I always have a charger when I'm away from my desk. I also plug in my external monitor and an external hard drive. I highly recommend this product!

3 YEARS LATER REVIEW, and 2 YEARS LATER REVIEW
Style: 7 in 1 【1 HDMI】
(3 years now I have had this and today is July 12th 2025. I literally love this thing so much I came back yet again to tell you after 3 years it works just as good as the day I originally got it. It is scuffed and scratched, has the remnants of tape and stickers i applied over the years, it has seen much wear, tear, and abuse by me, and works perfectly! ANKER makes great products, but especially nowadays when there is so much cheap garbage out there, everything i have brought by ANKER just works everytime. The only time I have had an issue? Is when I broke something, or dropped it under a car wheel (I actually did this with the first one I bought, not from Amazon, but a few months beforehand, it still worked until I started messing with it to see if it still functions lol), because I tend to be extremely irresponsible with my portable electronics. If you do buy this, and you forget to order a power supply, I bought a 100w power supply from Walmart for it, that is also three years old and works great as well. If it makes it 5 years, I'll be back to tell you about it. Now, keep reading to see the first review i left awhile ago) This thing is so awesome. I had to come back and write another review first off. You will need a 100 watt power supply to go with it separately just get that out-of-the-way. You can get one at Walmart for fairly cheap. That’s what I did and after about six months, I actually glued the hub permanently to the power supply so they would never be separated now let me tell you how versatile this thing is you can take your iPad plug it into the little USB-C sticking out of the end of it then you could take an HDMI cord from the hub and plug it into your TV. If you have a splitter, you can do it into several TVs or several monitors. It has a microSD card for all your pictures. It has a not as micro a little bigger memory card can’t remember what they’re called but they go in like cameras and stuff SD cards? It reads those two it’s got a USB-C out so you can charge your phone if you have an iPhone and an iPad like I do it connects your iPhone into your iPad together so you can play video games on your phone on your giant screen of your iPad running an HDMI cord to your TV now you’re playing on your phone on your monitor and your TV and your iPad all at the same time and see how awesome I’m saying this is you can plug a keyboard into it and a microphone and a mouse and now your live streaming your gaming on your iPad your monitor your TV your projector I’ve even hooked mine to a projector! I’ve literally spent hours trying to see how many items I could plug into this thing and run at the same time just so I could put it on my YouTube channel and show off and have people give me no props, shake their heads, and say I’ve got way too much free time on my hands. Doesn’t that sound amazing? That could be you. One guy who made fun of me relentlessly in the comment section a week later asked me where I could get one and guess what I told him I could get one for twice the amount that I paid for it and he paid me so I win guess what I do with the money? I bought a midi cord that I plugged into my MPC so I could play music on GarageBand on my phone. Had another cord going from the hub to a monitor where I could watch OBS for studio live streaming as a third cord projected the entire image on a wall, 6 feet across while I produce this music a microphone that I also had plugged it into the hub was recording me freestyle horribly because I cant rap, but all of those magic moments captured on a small SD card also plugged into the hub at the time I just left in the hub and when I was done, all I had to do was unplugged the USB-C from my phone into my computer and transfer all the information over i’ve plugged my GoPro into it from my GoPro. I was able to power a light and a microphone this thing is endless possibilities. Do yourself a favor and get one anchor products are amazing and guess what I’ve stepped on this thing countless times my dog thrown it across the room. It’s fallen downstairs. I dropped a puddle of water put it in a bowl of rice it still works. I should be selling these things man they’re incredible.

Durable, highly functional, and super reliable
Style: 7 in 1 【1 HDMI】
4 years since purchasing this and it's still just as useful, functionality is perfect, and compatibility is high. I use this with a Linux Pixelbook most often, but it's convenient for every device I own, including Android phones and tablets. The HDMI output works really well with devices capable of video output over USB-C, and this feature has never degraded for me. I routinely loaned it to students and professors for presentations when their own HDMI dongles or SD card adapters failed and it always immediately worked. I recently ordered an Anker 555 8-in-1 hub for the addition of ethernet, but I will continue using the 341 as well.
