When was the last time Edmx served you what you expected? Maybe you drop the needle down in anticipation of some slick boogie-inflected synth pop and get walloped in the face with hellfire techno. Perhaps you were itching for body-popping electro and got cerebrally hijacked by pagan coldwave. On this latest magnum opus, his first on Queen Nanny. Ed Upton is in the mood to get down low in every sense of the word. On the frequency range, this is a record dripping with lard-fed bass at every turn. The arrangements too are devilishly low in channel count - raw riddims with just a few key ingredients to do the necessary damage. Then there are the tempos, which predominantly set cruise control at 90 BPM and glide. It's not hard to tell where Edmx's inspiration has sparked from on this album - in the spirit of celebrating the compatability of oddball sonics from all corners of the globe, he's patched his sound into a specific vibe and struck gold with some of the most distinctive riddims you're likely to hear all year.

Great book
Format: Board book
Arrived a few days ahead of schedule, all electronic buttons work, no wear and tear at all really (for being a used book at 3$ instead of 22$ it was a hell of a deal) would gladly by from this thrift store again. As for the book my toddler LOVES it. Animal sounds are clear and entertaining to him, there is also some weather sounds for storms and rain. And some random buttons for up and jump and a weird musical cues (overall less then 5 semi pointless buttons) it’s a good one for toddlers :) ADDED INFO : okay so the back is so heavy it’s completely split into two . Not the sellers fault- it’s just seen that much use... repaired it with cloth and electrical tape we will see how it does.

My kid loves it
Format: Board book
I gave this book to my little boy as he usually looks at it in youtube. The look on his face when he received this book is priceless. No words can describe the feeling of happiness on his face. It was an amazing experience for me as well. This book, he bring wherever he goes. Because of the hard bound cover, it withstood his constant abuse.
Volume and clarity of the sounds were amazing.

This really holds the interest of a toddler who loves animals, animal sounds, and pushing buttons! Good sound quality, and it's nice to have something to read about the animals instead of just labeled pictures.

All grandkids enjoyed these
Format: Board book
The grandkids always enjoy Eric Carle sound books. The older one reads the stories and the younger one likes to just push the buttons and listen and then say what the animal is. The sound is always nice and clear and the photos on the buttons are easily recognizable. As an added bonus these were offered at a great holiday price.
