Once the ingredients are steamed for seven hours, the nougat is shaped, cut and cooled on marble tables. It’s then carefully covered with rich dark chocolate and individually wrapped. The chocolates are housed in a charming pastel green tin that can be re-used.

Natural vanilla flavouring; Minimum cocoa content 50.2%
