Its operation is remarkably quiet—thanks to a ceramic impeller axis with vibration dampeners and a unique pump design, the filter operates almost silently. This makes it suitable for placement in any room, including offices or bedrooms.
The package includes: hoses; elbows; overflow tubes; shower head; filtration media: STANDARD SPONGE 20 PPI; polypropylene wadding; Bioceramax 600 biological cartridge.
To select the appropriate ULTRA filter model for your aquarium, please consider the following guidelines based on your tank's capacity:
- ULTRA 1000: Suitable for aquariums up to 53 US gallons (200 liters).
- ULTRA 1500: Ideal for aquariums ranging from 42 to 79 US gallons (160 to 300 liters).
- ULTRA 2000: Designed for aquariums between 69 and 159 US gallons (260 to 600 liters).
Each ULTRA filter model comes with a specific number of filter media trays, each offering a capacity of 0.5 US gallons (1.9 liters):
- ULTRA 1000: 3 filter media trays
- ULTRA 1500: 4 filter media trays
- ULTRA 2000: 5 filter media trays
