Instructions for preparing Turmeric latte drink

Add 250 ml of milk, 1.5 teaspoons of the spice blend, 1 teaspoon of ghee/coconut oil to a pot, bring to a boil, and let simmer for a few minutes. Strain and sweeten with honey/date syrup. Cheers!
