這些活動大部分是使用家中已具有的物品、生活周遭與大自然可見之事物或是可購買之用品，且步驟較為簡單化！本書的每個活動都採用科學方法，這也是STEAM探索和解開謎團的方法。當提出問題的那一刻，科學方法就開始了。接下來，會形成一個假設，或者針對可能找到的答案進行有依據的猜測。然後動手做來檢驗假設，觀察會發生什麼事。

透過對發生的事情與現象進行解說，進一步探索值得思考的有趣問題，了解每個結果背後的原理或知識。從書中將發掘關於光合作用的科學、預測天氣的技術、如何設計在各種天氣下都能保持溫暖的避難所、展現出自然之美的藝術形式、令人驚奇的數學等，而且還有更多！

梅根‧奧莉薇亞‧霍爾 博士 （Megan Olivia Hall ）
曾獲得2013年明尼蘇達州年度教師的殊榮，身為科學、機器人和農業科目的教師，梅根帶領過各種年齡和程度的學生，從學齡前幼兒到研究生皆有。
身為獲得國家委員會認證的教師，她在聖保羅公立學校的開放世界學習社區擔任科學系主任，並規劃課程。梅根的文章曾刊登在《教育周刊》（Education Week）和《科學教師》（The Science Teacher）。
她是許多STEAM暢銷書的作者，也是教育公民權聯盟（Education Civil Rights Alliance）的教育工作者大使，擁有學習、教學和創新博士學位，同時也是認證的瑜伽教練，喜歡閱讀、園藝和戶外活動。

Very vibrant colors

Comfy blanket

This blanket is really, really plush and full. The quality feels great and it has a soft, thick texture that makes it super comfortable for sleeping or a quick nap on the couch. It’s lightweight, breathable, but still warm, and the material feels cozy without being too heavy.
For the value, I definitely think it’s worth the money, and I would buy another one in a different color. It looks nice and feels even better.
