The ZONESUN salt sachet packing machine is a multi-lane vertical packaging system designed for free-flowing granules such as salt, sugar, sweeteners, saline packets, and water testing reagent sachets. Using a swinging cup dosing system, it ensures smooth product feeding with minimal material friction. The machine automatically completes feeding, measuring, pouch forming, filling, sealing, cutting, and can be equipped with date coding and easy-tear notch functions. Available in 2, 4, 6, 10, or 12-lane configurations, it produces multiple single-dose sachets simultaneously. This model features four-side sealing, with back-seal and three-side seal options available. Product-contact parts are made of 316 stainless steel, while a level sensor can automatically signal an optional vacuum feeder for material replenishment. Servo-driven film pulling ensures stable operation, and Teflon-coated sealing rollers improve sealing quality. A 4-lane machine can achieve up to 120 sachets per minute for pouch sizes from 50-160 mm * 65 mm.
