Our sealed chains keep the lube on the inside and dirt on the outside. Occasionally wiping down and lubricating is all the maintenance these chains require. 

X-ring chains beat out plain chains and even sealed chains using O-rings because they have twice as many sealing surfaces—they offer a second chance even if one seal surface fails. These chains come with a rivet-type master link for superior strength. Just cut or break the chain to proper length, rivet the master link, and you’re done. Due to the high tensile strength of these chains, we recommended them for use with our Sportster chain drive conversion kits and large displacement motorcycles.
