Shake it to make it!
Add two teaspoons (10g) of powder to 250ml of water and shake well, or stir vigorously. Some powder may take a moment to fully dissolve, but by the time you’re ready to hit the gym, it’ll be good to go!
Prefer a milder taste? Add more water—you’re in control!
