• The lid has a built-in thermometer so the chef can keep track of the temperature as the food cooks. A built-in vent allows the airflow to be adjusted, raising or lowering the temperature in the BBQ.
  
• The charcoal grid is height-adjustable. This allows you to vary how food is cooked & try different recipes.
  
• An ash catcher prevents hot ash from spilling everywhere whilst in use.
  
• You can remove a removable side shelf to save space while the BBQ is not in use. When you're ready to grill, attach it back & use it to hold food, condiments or cooking utensils.
