The RPC i-Fin - Large is intended for newer board models with a twin-fin set up.

This i-Fin is larger than the original i-Fin. The reason we changed to twin-fin is to make the board easier to pack away. The fin was then made larger to create a larger surface area in order to provide the same paddling experience.

Our i-Fin is designed to bend and flex which is a great advantage for a board that can be rolled up, transported or packed away.

The i-Fin can bend out of shape without this affecting the performance of the board and it should straighten itself gradually. If, however, you would like to straighten your i-Fins, watch our video on how to do so here

Sticking on an i-Fin:

Sticking an i-Fin to your board is simple. We recommend using any PVC boat repair glue or Henkle (Loctite) 401 which can be purchased widely online. Here are the gluing instructions we recommend following:

1) Inflate your board to 15 psi.
2) Clean the area to be glued - Ideally with some acetone.
3) Warm the fin with a hairdryer to make it more pliable (or leave them in the sun on a warm day)
4) Apply a layer of glue to both surfaces.
5) Now push the surfaces together making sure no air is trapped. You really need to push down hard onto the piece you are gluing. Pushing from the centre out to the edge. Ideally you need to push hard enough to squeeze a small amount of glue out of the edge of the piece you are gluing so using a metal spoon protect your thumbs and apply pressure is a good idea.
6) Keep applying force to the area to make sure all areas are well stuck down. You will need to work hard on the area for about 5 mins.
7) Ideally place a heavy weight on the area for 8 hrs.
8) Leave to dry for 24 hours before using.

Safety Note: We advise using protective wear such as gloves and goggles.

No returns and no support. If it doesn't work properly, too bad.
Style: Printer & Inks, Style: Printer & Inks
I was fairly happy with my Epson ET 2800, but was told that I'd get better colors with the F170. So I bit the bullet. The installation went smoothly and I was printing in short order. It was when I started printing items that had some dark gray that I noticed the problem. It was printing green. I contacted Epson tech support and they answered the phone almost immediately. (And how rare is that??) The woman I spoke with seemed to be familiar with the problem and advised me to modify the printer preferences and change the color correction from "ICM" to "No color correction". Well, it wasn't printing green anymore. Now the grays were brown. At this point, she ran out of ideas and gave me an email address for the second level of tech support and asked if I'd send a photo of the printed fabrics showing the problem. I did. That was over three weeks ago. I've sent a couple of followup emails, but they're ignoring me. But the best news was discovering that there are no returns on this product. I didn't think that was a thing with Amazon and I've never had any problems before. So now the 30-day return window is about to elapse and it appears that I'm stuck with an oversized doorstop. In the photo I'm including with this review, the fabric on the upper-left was printed with my Epson ET 2800. On the upper right, the F170 with ICM color correction. On the bottom, the F170 with no color correction.

Epson SureColor F170 Sublimation Printer Rocks!
Style: Printer & Inks, Style: Printer & Inks
TI’m a newbie at sublimation, and this is my first sublimation printer. I love it! I can’t wait to make more things! I like that it’s not too large, but still can print up to 8.5x14”. The quality seems to be really good, but I also don’t have any other printer to compare it to. This was my very first project! I’m very happy with it so far!

Fits in a standard tape dispenser
Number of Items: 12
First of all, I like the width of this tape when I don't need the full width of standard 20mm. It's great for delicate projects and minimizing taping over two-sided sublimations like keychains. There's just enough adhesion and it comes off cleanly so it does the job. If you don't need the full width of 20mm, this is a great value. For those looking for a compatible dispenser, these rolls fit into a standard weighted Scotch tape base like the C-38. There will be room around the core because these rolls have a larger diameter, and room on either side because the rolls are thinner than standard Scotch tape, but once you pull the tape onto the blade, the roll remains taut and it's easy to remove pieces of your desired length with one hand.
