KC HiLiTES Pro6 and Titan Gravity lights are some of the most popular off-road lighting setups on Broncos, Wranglers, and Tacomas — and for good reason. But the factory light covers only come in a handful of options. These precision-cut vinyl overlays let you put your own colors and graphics on the covers you already have.

Choose from over 75 options — from solid colors that match OEM paint codes (Cyber Orange, Badlands Orange, Velocity Blue, Eruption Green) to patterns like Urban Camo, Carbon Fiber, Heritage, and Topo. Or go outlined, "The Original" style, or full custom. The overlay applies directly to the factory cover surface — no replacement needed, no modification to the light assembly.

Installation — Wet Install Recommended

Ideal temperature: 70°F+. Work in the shade if it's warm, or bring the covers inside if it's cooler.

You'll need:

• Wax-free quick detailer (for cleaning)
• StickerFab Application Fluid or soapy water (1 drop dish soap per cup)
• Felt tip squeegee
• Microfiber cloth
• Heat gun or hair dryer (for edges)

3-item install kit: microfiber + fluid + squeegee bundle

1. Clean the light cover surface and spray with application fluid
2. Spray the back of the overlay as you peel it from the backing paper
3. Align the overlay on the cover — the fluid lets you slide it into position
4. Squeegee out fluid and bubbles from center outward
5. Use heat and fingertip pressure on any curved edges

How many pieces are included?
Each listing is a 2-piece set — one overlay per light cover, two covers per kit.

Can I get a color that's not listed?
Yes — we can often do custom colors on request. Contact us and we'll let you know what's possible. If you see a color elsewhere on our site, there's a good chance we can do it for these covers too.

Do I need to remove the light covers from the lights to install?
Yes — it's much easier to apply the overlay with the cover removed. Easy pop off, install, and pop back on.

Will the overlay affect light output?
If used with yellow or amber covers they will dim the output significantly, however they will backlight the design.

Of course most owners are using black covers so no change there (obviously!).
