The outside box may be a little beaten up from shipping back and forth. The insides have been checked to make sure the product is in acceptable condition.  No returns - Make sure this is the right size of speaker you need before ordering.  We will send any parts needed to make this a complete speaker. Just contact us if you need anything. *****
