Lid Sensor — mechanical safety in addition to biometric: The integrated sensor automatically detects the opening of the lid and immediately stops the rotation of all rotors. This safety feature prevents any risk of shocks, ejection, or scratches to watches during placement or removal. It is a complementary protection to biometric locking: security against unauthorized access (fingerprint) is combined with mechanical handling security (lid sensor). Once closed, the cycle automatically resumes according to the programmed modes.
⚠️ For automatic watches only. The Atmos is exclusively designed for automatic rotor calibers. It is not suitable for quartz watches (battery-powered), solar watches, manual-wind watches (which are wound only by the crown), or smartwatches. Placing these types of watches in a watch winder is unnecessary and can, in some cases, damage the movement.
