USE & CARE
Select the reaming dome based on size of fruit. Centre a cut citrus half over the dome cut-side down. Push down on citrus and twist in a circular motion.
Tip: Roll whole citrus against the counter, lightly pushing against it. Rolling helps to burst open some of the individual segments so it's easier to release the juice- like ‘pre-juicing’.
