You can record at an 8-bit/10-bit depth in-camera using H.265 (HEVC), or 10-bit Apple ProRes 422 HQ. Expand your range to 12-bit in-camera recording with a firmware update that supports ProRes RAW HQ and Nikon’s new N-RAW format.
