Red Blood Cell Lysis Buffer (Contains no fixative,1X)

This product, Red Blood Cell Lysis Buffer, is a solution designed to lyse and remove anucleated red blood cells from fresh blood or tissue samples derived from humans, rats, mice, and other species. Through optimized formulation, it lyses red blood cells while causing virtually no damage to lymphocytes or other nucleated cells. Under normal conditions, more than 80% of the total white blood cells in the sample can be recovered using this product, with cell viability fully preserved. The lysis buffer has undergone sterile treatment, and the isolated cell samples can be directly used for subsequent primary cell culture, cell fusion, flow cytometry sorting, as well as direct extraction of nucleic acids or proteins and various routine analyses and assays. The main component of this lysis buffer is ammonium chloride, and it contains no fixatives.
