Swarovski produced crystal figurines for the Trimlite line during most of the 1980's. Swarovski Trimlite crystal figurines generally had 1-2 crystal components with 1-2 molded metal parts, that were gold or silver in colour. Approximately 200 different figurines were produced. The King Cobra Gold Plated Paperweight Snake holding a stunning Rainbow Crystal is a Rare find. The ones that are new in the box they sell for well over $1000. This particular one is part of my mother's collection and does not have the box.

This item was on display in a case and was very loving dusted and used. It is in great condition and has beautiful color that changes with every angle. I tried to capture how the crystal changes with the light and in different settings.

Nearly all the Trimlite crystal figurines were introduces in the early 80's and retired by the late 80's. Swarovski Trimlite collectibles are now so difficult to find in good condition, they are considered an investment. The Cobra Snake was not in production long and such are highly sought after by collectors.

Swarovski did not have any type of Swarovski certificate with its products, so there is no accompanying certificate of authentic with the Trimlite figurines. and unfortunately many were unmarked.

It is from my mother's estate and we could not find the original box.

I believe is made of gold plated pewter due to its heavy weight and it is non-magnetic.
Makers Mark/Stamps: There are no markings on the piece but this is typical for the trimlite giftware series.
Box: Not included
Condition: It was used and lovingly dusted, kept in a display case. Normal very light vintage use. There is some wear on the gold on the underside. Please refer to the pictures as they are accurate, however they do not capture its true magnificence.
